- Product problem: include the page address, device and browser type, what the grown-up expected, and what happened.
- Account question: write from the registered parent email when possible and include the parent username and request type.
- Privacy concern: describe the issue without sending child writing, school information, home addresses, photos, or other unnecessary details.
- Security concern: explain the behavior, but never email a password, active reset link, session cookie, or secret key.
