Clear rules for every learning adventure.

Super Gio offers established Grade 1 adventures and complete interactive pathways for Grades 2-12. The newer pathways are undergoing final QA.

1. USING SUPER GIO

A parent-guided educational service.

  • Children may use available learning activities with adult permission and appropriate supervision.
  • An account is optional for core learning activities. Only a parent or guardian should create, manage, recover, or delete a Parent Dashboard account.
  • Parents should review these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and Child Safety guidance before account setup.
  • The registration checkbox confirms that an adult parent or guardian is creating the account. It is not an identity check.
2. LEARNING PROGRAMS

Established and complete pathways have specific meanings.

Grade 1

Established adventures support Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Logic, Community, speaking and listening, projects, mixed review, and graduation or Grade 2-readiness practice.

An optional parent account may sync bounded metrics, statuses, IDs, and timestamps for supported, established Grade 1 subjects. Complete writing and readiness evidence stay local.

Grades 2-8 complete pathways

Each advertised grade provides full interactive Learn, Practice, and Challenge pathways. These newer pathways are undergoing final QA.

Grade 2-8 activity and progress remain in browser storage and are not synced to the parent account.

Grades 9-12 complete pathways

Each advertised high-school grade provides full interactive mission pathways and is undergoing final QA. Complete pathways describes content availability; it does not claim accreditation, school credit, placement evidence, standards certification, AP authorization or preparation, guaranteed outcomes, or affiliation with BASIS, College Board, or another school or curriculum provider.

3. EDUCATIONAL ROLE

Support for learning, not a substitute for people.

Not a school

Super Gio is not an accredited school, official assessment provider, tutoring guarantee, or complete replacement for a curriculum.

Not a diagnosis

Scores, mastery indicators, and recommendations do not diagnose learning, developmental, medical, or accessibility needs.

Use human judgment

Parents and teachers should review work, listen to the child explain their thinking, and seek qualified support when they have concerns.

4. PARENT ACCOUNTS

Keep grown-up controls with a grown-up.

  • Use parent contact information. Register with a working parent email and only the child's first name or nickname.
  • Protect the login. Use a unique password, keep it private, and sign out on shared devices when appropriate.
  • Understand sessions. A signed-in session can last up to 30 days.
  • Recover access. A registered parent can request a one-time password-reset link that expires after 30 minutes. Successful reset ends existing sessions.
  • Understand email limits. Super Gio does not currently send welcome or account-deletion confirmation emails.
  • Delete the account. In Parent Dashboard > Parent Account & Privacy, type the exact username and enter the current password to delete the parent profile, synced progress, sessions, and reset records.
  • Choose separately about browser data. The optional device choice clears listed local learning records, including Grades 2-12 pathway progress, while accessibility preferences remain. Browser site-data controls remove every Super Gio record and preference.
  • Restart without deleting the account. The dashboard restart control clears supported synced progress and local Grade 1-12 learning records while preserving the login, learner profile, and accessibility preferences.
5. LEARNING DATA & CHILD WORK

Complete creative work stays close to the family.

6. AUDIO & PRIVACY

Playback without listening.

7. FAIR USE

Learn freely without harming the service or another family.

  • Do not access another account, bypass security, overload the service, scrape protected account data, or interfere with another family's use.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material.
  • Do not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the site, artwork, audio, characters, or authored learning content as a competing product without permission.
  • Reasonable family, classroom, and educational use of public learning activities is welcome.
8. OWNERSHIP & AVAILABILITY

Family work remains family work.

Super Gio materials

The Super Gio character, branding, illustrations, audio, interface, stories, and authored learning content remain the property of their respective owner or licensors.

Family-created work

Original child writing remains the family's work. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that writing to Super Gio.
