Fail-safe design

An automated greenhouse opens vents when temperature exceeds 30 C. If the temperature sensor disconnects, its reading becomes 0 C, so the controller keeps vents closed.

1. The failure value looks like a valid cold reading.
2. Closed vents can worsen overheating.
3. A fail-safe state and sensor-health check are needed.
